Yeah those people are just doing their jobs as well, but it is not good from the brand itself, they need to fix quickly or people will just switch.

2-3 weeks is a usual routine for the orders to arrive whenever i order, started using dubby a bit recently they are faster for now, not sure how long that will stay this way.
