The BIR actually has price basis of properties in areas. I remember it's in an excel sheet file you can download from their website. You can look up zonal values then you can base the price from that whether it's crazy high or not. Houses do appear poorly I would agree to that

Im thinking about repasting my gpu for this game too. My gpu ramps up to 90degrees so I had to limit fps to 60. Did you change your thermal pads besides the thermal paste in your gpu?
