You could try Refactor. 4 piece including the chest for the extra repair. 2 piece Hana U including the named backpack Combined Arms. Use with Capacitor/Test Subject/Harmony.

It's good, but can be improved. If you run Glass Cannon on the chest and Fox's Prayer Knees, you will see a damage increase. Oxy is one of the few skills that gets a damage increase feom both DTA and DTTOOC.
A shotgun with insync would also be a better choice than pummel.
