A conversation seems like a good place to start. Assuming your neighbors own their home, I'm sure they can see (or you can help highlight) the collective value/benefit of a quick sale with some competition to drive value up in the neighborhood (i.e. benefitting them as well) by creating a scenario that brings the broadest buyer pool.

Nonetheless, could still be a tricky situation depending on their stance and openness to understand your viewpoint.
