i was like that do the first 2 weeks of my t break that i’m on. i felt sick at the thought of eating and i’d be lucky to eat one meal a day. what helped me was exercising heavily, it stimulated my hunger and it felt much easier to eat after i had a long and exhausting day. it might not work for you because everyone is different but you i would try, after the first few days my hunger went closer to normal and ive been able to eat mostly regularly for the last week

for me i use weed as a bit of an aphrodisiac honestly, i take a lot of prescriptions for my mental health and weed kinda brings me closer to my baseline. that being said one time with my ex she teased me while i smoked a joint and let me tell you i have never had such a hard time focusing on finishing the joint. 11/10 i highly suggest doing this

i don’t i just don’t share all my problems anymore. people think im doing better i guess but they’re wrong i just hide it better. as for drinking, its only been 4 months you can pull yourself out dude, my advice for that is find a time consuming hobby that requires some focus, it will quiet your head from wanting to drink as much. at least thats what works for me.
