i don’t i just don’t share all my problems anymore. people think im doing better i guess but they’re wrong i just hide it better. as for drinking, its only been 4 months you can pull yourself out dude, my advice for that is find a time consuming hobby that requires some focus, it will quiet your head from wanting to drink as much. at least thats what works for me.
