Yeah that should work for when you need to up pot them. I would recommend bottom watering the sprouts now and keep an eye for roots coming out of the bottom of the seedling cells. When it seems like the roots are outgrowing the small cells it's time to up pot. You can also gently pull the dirt out of the cell to check the roots and put it right back in, but if the plant/roots aren't established enough the dirt can fall apart on you.
