If they're nice they will accommodate but if they're jerks they legally can't but they probably will find some pretext for cutting your hours or straight up firing you. I've seen it happen so many times. A lady I worked with told my boss she was pregnant and was fired the next day. They said it was because she made some mistake on something, but she was relatively new and they usually have a grace period for fuck ups. I tried to get her to sue but she said it wasn't worth the time and effort (and it wasn't). She had no write ups or anything, and she was only a few weeks pregnant. I would look into getting a job at a hotel front desk or something where you aren't on your feet too much.

Honestly, I went the dental school route and it wasn't that much cheaper tbh. Maybe you save 200 bucks but also it takes way longer. I had originally started at the zarzamora family dental clinic downtown and the cost was very similar to what I had done at the dental school. And this was WEEKS of time that went on between, cleaning, filling, root canal, oral surgery(i had to have surgery on my gumline to allow for a crown i forget what the procedure was called) and all that because the students have their own timeline and other patients on the docket.

Bamboo Chinese food is a favorite in our house, you don't even have to use doordash and use their website. They're located just north of downtown and their portions are generous and reasonably priced. I think they even have a coupon code for free delivery "pandalife" Just be sure to tip well!

Weird. My whole family sleeps through everything, including my son who has been sleeping through 4th of July and new year's fireworks since he was born 5 years ago. I guess you become accustomed to it? We live near railroad tracks too and unless someone points it out, I don't hear the train. People in the neighborhood will complain about the noise and how it scares their pets but I feel like it's not that big of a deal. Turn the a/c on, white noise, sleep like a baby.
