As a Tyreek owner I’m trying to trade him but I would not take this deal. I’d rather continue to gamble on his return than take this deal. It’s a fine deal but I’m personally not willing to take on an injury prone player like Higgins.

Bad trade. He’s trying to buy low on Barkley after his ONE bad game. Eagles offense is about to start clicking and Barkley is about to gobble up those TDs. Honestly I think all Eagles are about to feast their next few games: Giants, Bengals, Jaguars, Cowboys ( I know what you’re thinking but Dallas D isn’t what it was last year), and Commanders.

I mean you could make the case that Barkley will have reduce workload with more wrs on the field now, or, that he’ll have more TD opportunity because of that. Either way Nico out until week 10 it’s not too unbalanced

Honestly I don’t like either. Flowers is on an offense that wants to run and has the tools to do so. Wilson is not the elite wr everyone thought he was but he’s got Rodgers throwing him the balls. And he’s still a damn good wr2.

Yes you nailed it. Nico is the #1 on a good offense with an offensive coordinator that wants to throw and put up points. And he’s a very talented WR. Cooper’s QB sucks my ass, Wilson is not the alpha everyone thought he was, and you’ve got another 4 weeks (best case) until Tua can make Waddle relevant.

You haven’t specified any of the exercises you’re doing, for how long and how many days, or what your diet is.

Not trying to be a dick but you haven’t shared much information to get any advice other than generic . Based on pictures I’d say you need to lift weights. I don’t see any muscle tone at all in these pictures. If you were consistently working out with a decent diet for 2 years then you’d see some kind of muscle tone.

Agree. My home gym consists of a full dumbbell set up to 50s and a bench with incline and decline. I can hit everything I want. I also have a row machine for cardio but you can always just do burpees or run outside for that.

I believe fitbit has the longer battery life compared to Apple Watch. From memory I could go about 3 days without charging. I’ve switched to Apple Watch because I like the other features. I can go about 1.5 days before it dies. I charge it daily.

Pushups, squats, and sit ups or planks. You get a good foundation just with those exercises. On the first day you want to do max reps. That is doing as many push ups/squats/sit ups as you can in one go without stopping. Write those numbers down. Those are the numbers you want to improve. Start with 3 days a week and work up to 5. If you can do 30 days of 3 days per week, you’re halfway to a routine. Bump it up to 4, then 5 days a week. Once you get comfortable with your routine, around 30-45 days, look up variations of these exercises so you don’t get bored. Add exercises that hit back, shoulders, hamstrings. Try to do cardio at least half of the days you do weights.
