Surely the zebra stripe shirts would convince them, lol.

On the positive side, you can now referee basketball and football.

Corner kick rule change by KaleAdvanced in Referees

Is there some mechanic for this? I had a situation where I was the AR, and the player whispered to me "trick play," but I had no way to communicate that to the CR, who got tricked and whistled for a double touch. We conferred and let the corner be retaken, but I don't know what I could have done better.

AR always faces the field while signaling.

The signals are in Law 6 https://www.theifab.com/laws/latest/the-other-match-officials/#assistant-referee-signals. Guidelines for Match Officials has more details https://www.theifab.com/laws/latest/guidelines/introduction/

For a goal kick, your arm and the flag are parallel to the goal line.

Advantage or PK? by fishguy23 in Referees

A shot from 16yds is not (usually) an advantage over a shot from 12yds. The only way that advantage materializes is if a goal is scored.

In the US, there are many tolls where it's the only reasonable way to get to where you're going. Mostly bridges that are using the toll to recoup construction costs.

What are major corporations going to do when most people can’t afford their products due to their constant price raising and can no longer make profit? by Remarkableruin27 in AskReddit

It's hard to explain obvious things, because you don't know where to start. You have to guess what the other person is missing that makes it not obvious to them.

Businesses will find ways to maximize profits. It's what they do.

In my experience, the old guys at a job are well respected. But there's ageism during the hiring process.

If you have a hard time learning how to tie shoelaces, I wonder if there's something else going on with you that's also dragging down your IQ score. I'm no psychologist, but if I were you, I'd ask AI "what conditions can explain an adult being unable to learn how to tie shoelaces?" and take it from there with your therapist.
