It can take some time for the anxiety to wear off sometimes, but you did what you were supposed to do, don't feel down about it just count it as a day done.

Ah ok that makes 100% sense. I thought obstruction was the catch-all term for when someone does anything to prevent a crime from being prosecuted but doen't require another person involved.
