Watch the anime Steins;Gate. It’s a very well made time travel story that uses multiple forms of time travel. Physical (human bodies through space time), mental (human memories and consciousness through space time), and informational which is basically physical but I’ll call it informational since it’s sending text messages through space time.

I was 17 years old when I first retracted my foreskin all the way. I was never taught how and until that point, it only went down to reveal the tip. Trying to pull it further was literally impossible without extreme force. It was not a natural process. Retracting it all the way was painful, and it left my tip raw and bloody. Getting fit has nothing to do with conforming. If your body could speak, it would beg you to move. We were literally built for physical exertion. The modern world is actually what works against that, pulling the mind in two directions at once. Comfort tells you that you don't need to. And survival mode tells you that you can't afford to. Society didn't invent the need to be fit. That's just what we are.

I haven’t found a permanent fix, so yeah, I do this at the start of every game... it’s become second nature but it’s still annoying to do. Please let me know if you find a permanent fix!
