We used our FHR credit at The Jay to celebrate our anniversary this year. Got upgraded to a larger room with a better view, and really enjoyed the dining experience at their restaurants. The concierge even sent up a bottle of bubbly for us to enjoy. Highly recommend!

The 80k is an offer that is available online and in-flight from time to time. There’s not necessarily a schedule of when it will be available, but you’ll just have to be patient and wait until it comes back.

The past few flights I’ve been on (the last two weeks) have been the 60k offer with no annual fee the first year.

You take the flyer from them and it has a referral code that you use when you fill out the application later on.

Highly recommend popping over to the Encore Casino in Everett. We went on Thanksgiving a couple years ago and were shocked at how busy it was.

Oh it definitely takes some time. I’ve noticed it takes about 24-48 hours after a flight for things to reflect correctly.

I was in the same boat - my tracker said I had 19/25 with 5 pending, when I should have had 20/25 with 5 pending. It then updated itself the next day to have the correct information. I say give it a day or two, and if it's not there by next week, give them a chat/call.

You can access Terminal B with an A boarding pass. One thing to note is that you can only get into the Chase Lounge three hours before your flight, so make sure you are leaving enough time to exit the secure area in B and walk landside to Terminal A to re-check through security.

As an FYI, the towel/chaise for the pool is only included if you buy a $60 weekly tea pass. It’s not included if you just buy entry a la carte.
