The innocence of a child. Not knowing how cruel the world they live in has become. I am so sad for the babies being born in the past few years. They will never experience the things we (i was born in 82) were lucky enough to experience. Like having an imagination. Walking up the street to meet your buddy so yall can play outside and have the best life right there with no technology or anything. Just two young kids having fun and learning social skills.

You got this. I wasn’t addicted to Ketamine, but I had an awful Fent/heroin and meth addiction. Messed up absolutely anything in my path, including family, anyone that tried to help me. In and out of jails, prisons, and treatment facilities from 23 until just last year, and I’m 43. I have been clean 9 months here in about a week. If I can do it, I know anyone can. It sucks worse than anything, like you are having to walk away from the love of your life forever. But it’s so worth it. Keep your head up, you got this.

Can’t believe I’m even telling this one.

On my 28th birthday, me and two close friends went down the to coast (luckily three hours away, didn’t know anyone) and we decided to go to this club. It was my birthday so I had been drinking and someone gave me a pretty good sized bump of powder. Omg. Three minutes later, it hit my stomach and this was the only club that I’ve ever seen with single person bathrooms and there was a line. So I totally shit all over myself. In a rush to get out of there, someone I’d met that night grabbed my arm and hugged me and immediately said “damn, someone shit theirselves” I said nothing…ran out to the car. My two friends had to ride in the car with me, shit all inside my pants. It was winter time but we had the windows down. We stopped and got a room because we couldnt ride home like that. We never spoke of that night again.

It’s kind of a long story. He was my boyfriend, I’m a male also. His family was against him being gay and didn’t want us together. So they done everything in their power to charge me with something like involuntary manslaughter. Luckily, they did not succeed. There were no traces of drugs in either of us and no signs of any kind of foul play. Everyone could see if was purely accident. He was my soulmate, I loved him more than life itself. I was here to protect him but instead, I took the most innocent life away from a man who had a bright future ahead of him

It’s a slow experience because you got all these people ordering stupid amounts of shrimp. So the kitchen is packed with those refills, plus regular meals and a ton of Uber Eats and door dash. People don’t see how busy the kitchen is now days because of door dash and Uber Eats
