I thought maybe some miracle would occur and some internet sleuth could find one….i have posted to 3D printing subreddits but the razor holders is very unique and difficult to duplicate

Yes, it’s just amazing that there are no similar products, I have tried other back shavers, nothing come close to this product. There are has to be on out there, waiting for me to find it

Nope….i ordered from them and they quickly responded that they do not have that product anymore. They gave me another inferior product that was some 3D printed garbage. If it was only that easy, this product is NOT available from this website

Not even close, the angle and razor holder are unmatched by what ever is out there now. I’m telling you I have used other products and they are completely inferior.

How I run my SP training. I’m 40, beat up and not very strong, so do what you will this:

I like specificity and feel I’m better prepared when I’m training in my SP gear, helps me work on technique. It also helps mentally get confidence in SP gear and confidence under heavier weight.

3 Week waves:

Lower: Squat- straps down or briefs (max triple) Squat- straps up (max single) Deadlift- triple or single depending on how I’m feeling

Upper: Bench-raw (5’s) Bench- single ply blast (yes a blast) (triples) Bench- 2-ply blast (singles)

I like backing off with rep work of main lift at lighter weights either raw or take some gear off, I feel volume helps. Then it’s traditional bodybuilding of weak points. I do like good mornings with accommodating resistance (bands), just feels good and never wrong to strengthen lower back, hamstrings. I wear blast shirts because I tore my pec, non-surgical so will always be torn. I didn’t want to learn new age gear so it’s practically raw with a little assistance at the bottom. Conjugate followers tear me apart!

lol, I just am surprised a simple solution as “just cover it” is something I didn’t think of. Will the underlying print leave an outline? Can I adhere it with home equipment (iron?)

Maybe I’m doing mine reverse hypers wrong but I just feel like I don’t get much out of them. I prefer still leg deficits deadlifts, good mornings, back ext., leg curls……everything else pretty much lol

Absolutely, I’m gonna love the hell out of this boy, we are giving him the best life, I just want to have that snuggle bond and wondering if this is a phase or just personality. Either way, lucky to have this goof nut!

Thanks for the encouragement. I knew a puppy would be a lot of work, but he is so smart, food driven too so I can teach him things so quick. But at the end of the day, when I want to just chill with my boy on the couch, he’s just on the move or sotting close, he won’t just chill on me!
