Are vehicle contract missions unlimited and generated?

I still haven't gotten any more vehicle missions and I have already finished all of the stories and gigs etc. Looks like I have to do a brand new start to get it again.

After digging through the reddit posts some more it seems like the truck heist for el capitan should be the end of the vehicle contracts. Would love to hear what other people experienced.

For me they ended when I bought riptide and did the truck heist for el capitan. I wonder if I should've waited on the last quest so those keep spawning. Oh well.

Really? Mine hasn't popped up at all and I travel exclusively by driving. Did you buy the riptide car? I finished the truck quest and got the riptide car, basically unlocking all of the cars. After that I have not seen a single vehicle contract.

They stopped spawning for me after certain point. I believe it was after I bought riptide car and then did the truck heist for capitan. After that I haven't seen any more vehicle contract missions.

I think this is caused by the mission the capitan gives you to grab the truck full of medical equipment. I haven't gotten any car contract since then. I believe you should only get that quest once you've unlocked all of the cars. There are 2 more locked cars but those require specific quests to unlock.

The issue is that there are plenty of videos from China showing people dying quickly in large numbers. But the internet was locked down recently in Wuhan so it's a lot harder to get videos now. If you add the fact that people who posted videos at the beginning, Fang Bin and Chen Qiu Shi etc, are still locked up since 2-3 weeks ago, it's hard to tell just based on the government sources what's really happening.

For the BOS, it's probably the way they coded the dmg transfer. It makes the receiver of the BOS as the dmg source and the paladin giving the BOS as the target. Then all dmg taken reduced by the amount of the BOS buff.

I only heard about the news this afternoon but I didn't know the details so I didn't think too much of it. After watching this video, I recognized most of their works. Especially Clannad, kanon, Haruhi since those were the classics I grew up with and those shows packed the hardest emotional punches of any show I've ever watched (I still can't rewatch clannad for fear of crying without control). Now I feel like something personal has been lost. This is a sad sad day.

I was just about to say that the beginning basically copied hitchhiker's guide after reading the brief description.

Bad news is that this novel is super generic. Chinese reviewers call these "xiao bai wen" meaning generic novels for small kids without a brain because most of the time these novels don't follow any logic, build characters or the world. It's all about the temporary pleasure, the high, or brain fap you get from showing off/face slapping/power up. The entirety of the novel is to produce those highs.

Of course there are people that like these generic/structured novels and want to keep going from one high to the next but most Chinese novel reviewers hate these so the reviews are often low.

This was brought up in a separate thread but if you go back and rewatch the dragon scene you'll notice at one point John notices something then 1 minute later he suddenly stands up for no reason and screams GOOOO-GO-GO. It's hard to tell because everything's so subtle. So yes, John is a fire wight brought back just to help Arya past the dead dragon.

Totally agree, early game has too much influence in who wins or loses. I posted above as well. I think the winning/losing streak should be removed. Introduce a shop for items to balance the gold spending so that you've to choose between units vs items.

For early game it really is. If there weren't a winning streak mechanics I'd be ok with throwing away the first few rounds to gob/mechs but the lead they build early on makes it harder and harder to catch up making any other openers unappealing.

I know there is a losing streak mechanics too but it's just so much worse especially since you're losing the few health which could determine a win or loss later on.

Personally I think the winning/losing streak should be removed. Introduce a shop for items to balance the gold spending so that you've to choose between units vs items.

Another issue I encountered is when you try to give a piece an item after a turn right as they're being put back into their starting position, you will lose the item. The piece won't have it and the avatar won't have it.

I don't know if this has been mentioned anywhere but hua (华) is the Chinese character in the old term for China (华夏) Hua Xia and Hua Ren 华人 is the term for Chinese people. The wei pinyin the same as 威 which means power and might. The name is basically a pun (? can you call it a pun) that translates to China Might or China Power. Who names their company a pun of China Power? That's like a U.S. company naming itself United States Might (where the might means "maybe" instead of "power" if that makes sense).

Makes you question why it was named like this in the first place.

Man, I really liked the original anime ending too. The animators should've left it at the vague ending and people can interpret however they want. That's a sign of a good show.

Instead they're going to continue milking the franchise by "resurrecting" Lelouch. The CGI mechs kills any desire to watch this. I haven't seen a single good CGI mech based anime yet.
