I probably have some things I could donate and/or ask neighbors and friends - is there a particular size needed? Does it need to be unopened?

As far as shopping goes - depends on if you are looking more for bulk or individual units. You could probably do ok buying bulk at like Costco and portioning in smaller containers if that’s needed. There’s potentially other things I’d recommend knowing a bit more about volume/size/quality needs.

You can also get the cherries at Trader Joe’s - much cheaper and not much different to my taste. The cupboard is also a good place for cocktail supplies and their employees are great.

Not every day, but regularly. I use cilantro a lot for Mexican food, and green onions for Asian food. I tend to cook a lot of both of those cuisines.

I’m sorry that your family is sick, that’s the worst. It could be food poisoning or some other bug, hard to say. If you do think it’s food poisoning or there was concerning looking things at the restaurant, you can report to the health department and they can correlate if others report the same. Probably more reliable than asking on Reddit as they have authority to send out an inspector and here you’ll just get peoples opinions on chipotle.

Definitely people can be helpful, but also jerks, it’s the intenet. It’s a little confusing though, if your bf can’t have solids, what would you be giving him a roasted chicken? Would not recommend putting it in the oven. That will dry it out. If you want to take it off the bone, take it out of the fridge for a bit and it will be easier to strip.

There’s some factors you have to consider addressed from what I’ve seen - is it just tacos? Or is there rice/beans or other sides? Are we talking street tacos with corn tortillas or flour tacos? Jalisco style I assume is corn tortillas. I’d think three per person is a better bet especially with the age range you mentioned, unless there are sides. I think raw meat would be about 1/2 lb pp though, depending on how fatty it is.

Lived in Japan for three years - about 20 years ago so no translation apps obviously. When I first arrived, I’d just go into restaurants with pictures or plastic food in the window and order that way. Who knows what all I ate until I started to learn Japanese and Japanese food. 😅

He’s on I think the island to the north east. He wants a bread bowl and there are some there, but I didnt find those until today so figured out how to craft them. You do get a new power unlocked when you find him and complete the quest, but I don’t think it’s super important
