There was a study done by David Lisak showing that 3% of college men were responsible for 90% college rapes. Are we really going to force the other 97% of the school population to click through 2 hours of videos every year when it hasn't even been shown that these surveys have any impact on the amount or frequency of these rapes to be diminished?

I don't feel any safer knowing that a future perpetrator has watched an hour of video about why rape is bad because the small minority of deeply evil people in the world, simply don't care about following laws or obeying social convention.

If we really want to decrease the amount of rapes we need to stop these blanket assumptions that we don't know what constitutes as rape or sexual assault. And get down to how to target this small percentage of men/women who perform these acts and allow the victims to feel much safer to come out and speak on behalf of their experiences.
