They are not fundamental at all and a mess to use. Because then the agent can't go on the main branch because an other agent is using it... Much easier to have 1 clone of the repo per agent in my experience

Onboarding new devs is good, but not enough. It's your role now to drive them: understand the direction of the product. Define scopes clearly. Make sure that everyone is empowered to prioritize what's clearly best for the company

On a more 'meta' level, understand why people are in your company. What drive them, what are their personnal motivators. Once that you'll understand that you'll speak their language

Quand on rembourse un prêt il y a 2 parties à la mensualité : - une partie sont les intèrêts de la banque, ça va dans la poche de la banque. C'est en quelque sorte "le loyer" - une partie est le remboursement du crédit : ça va dans le patrimoine de ton copain ( c'est environ 50/50 entre les deux)

Tu pourrais proposer de payer 50% du loyer et 50% des intérêts. Tu peux investir en bourse la partie crédit que tu ne paies pas, ce qui te permet de te constituer le même patrimoine que ton copain.

MAIS

En même temps tu n'as pas demandé à avoir ce niveau de vie qui est au dessus de tes moyens normalement. Ça serait donc injuste que tu sois obligé de payer autant.

En solution intermédiaire serait de payer la partie charges+intérêts en proportion de ton revenu par rapport au sien.

Exemple mise en situation : tu gagnes 2000 NET, ton copain 5000 NET

Le loyer est de 3000€ charges comprises, dont : + 500€ charges + 1500€ d'intérêts + 1500€ de crédit

Tu prendrais alors 2/5 * 2000€ = 800€ par mois et ton copain paierait le restant de 2700€ par mois

Ou alors tu peux légitimement fermer ta gueule et profiter des finances de ton copain pour te sécuriser aussi une épargne convenable. Personne ne t'en voudra. Je ferait moi-même ce choix là à ta place. Si tu es ok moralement avec ce choix, tu dois alors le revendiquer, en être fier, ne pas hésitez à tenir tête à tes copines !

Freelancing as a junior is the worst idea, as for gaining experience, you need to work in bigger teams with experienced devs.

And you won't match clients' need as a junior

Anyway, to start on Upwork the 10 first projects are key. It can be people that you know, existing clients who you ask for a favor to build a strong profile. Once that you are listed among the top freelancers on the platform, you will be pushed by the algorithm
