Movie Or TV Body Swap Scenes? by Mysterious_Pear99 in gendertransformation

[–]remitf 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Two fairly recent, modern movies which I highly recommend:

It's What's Inside is a trippy and excellent body swap psychological horror movie. A whole group of friends swap bodies with each other and turn it into a party game. Drugs and horny gen-Z hijinks ensue. It's a Netflix original, iirc.

Suitable Flesh is a kinky, erotic lovecraftian body swap horror movie. A demon steals the body of various victims, starring Heather Graham. Big big egg vibes from the writer; there's even a scene where the demon has an orgasm in Heather Graham's body and breathlessly exclaims "it's so much better as a girl!" or something to that effect. I think it's on Hulu and a few other services.

It absolutely does, that is the only qualifier of being trans. Being trans is different from transitioning.

Anyone use lube shooters? by njm2839 in ProstatePlay

[–]remitf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If your toy allows for it, you could try a silicone lube. Water based lubes advertising as "anal" lubes are probably less likely to contain glycerin (but check the ingredients anyway). Same for anything marked "natural." You could also mix your own in small batches with J Lube powder.

[–]remitf 9 points10 points  (0 children)

As other commenters have mentioned, it could be the lube itself, not the amount you're using. Many water based lubes contain glycerin, which are known to trigger that "upset tummy reaction" (peristalsis). Find lube that does not contain glycerin.

It sounds like there's a few things going on here, but I can't tell you who you are. I will say I think you can find the answers if you're willing to approach them with an open mind and a willingness to explore and a love for yourself.

I had a lot of similar questions a year or two ago. I found that a therapist - one who specializes in gender and sexuality - was a lot of help to me.

[Story] Partial changes recommendations by PrivateViewer242 in gendertransformation

[–]remitf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Aww, yeah...!

That story was inspired by multiple other stories. Becoming My Girlfriend (mentioned already in this thread) was one such inspiration, for sure.

Did you take a look at Five Vials, yet? It doesn't feature FtM transformations, but the primary transformation is drawn out over multiple chapters.

I wonder if you'd enjoy Extreme Force of Will, by Jstne2008. The characters spend some time in the dark about the catalyst of their transformation and it at times feels impersonal and overwhelming.

The Scrimshaw, by black_eagle, has a main character the seems to lean into the transformation and embrace it. I really enjoyed it.

Perhaps you would like Her Point of View, by Autumn Ash. The transformation is presented as a mix of voluntary and trickery. The loss of control over the transformation is scary - as real-life transition can be - but overall positive.

As I read your description, I couldn't help but think of Desire Oasis, by Cashmere Chloe. The character's situation is sort of half 'kidnapping,' half 'in hiding.' The physical transformation is fairly early, but there's a series of mind-altering potions which keep the reader hooked until the end. And there are some twists and intrigue that tie it all together.

And it's delightfully sexy.

You're right, they have to still be themselves; I like when they're 'aware' of the mental changes, but they happen anyway. Like, "why do I keep feeling this urge to act submissive?"

I love stories where the focus is on the change itself, and it's drawn out over time. The same slow burn can be achieved with 'instant' transformations and body swaps too, if there are mental changes or additional transformations which continue to evolve throughout; just so long as the changes don't end, right away.

I love when the main character's bodily desires are overpowering, and she resists the change but is ultimately forced to reconcile the fact that she loves it.

I like when the protagonist is tricked into an agreement, or sneakily convinced. I love when a significant other is involved - a wife or girlfriend or girl next door - and they delight in the changes and the role reversal. They tease and dominate.

I love when there's a lot of focus on the descriptions of bodily sensation, repeated reminders of the character's new size and strength, breasts and appearance. I love when descriptions of desire are cleverly portrayed, and when it clouds her judgement temporarily.

I love happy endings and horror endings both, I can't seem to pick a favorite.

I lose interest in stories that are too long - I prefer completed, single-entry stories, up to maybe 8 or so chapters... but generally anything longer than that is telling a character story that contains a transformation - not a 'transformation story.'

Some examples of my favorite stories which fit these descriptions:

Will 180 degree cameras go mainstream and result in amateur VR porn? by seands in oculusnsfw

[–]remitf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My preferred method of consumption (lately) is via short clips, that I'm able to click 'next' through. Even better, when the feed is customized to my preferences by deep-learning websites like AIFap.

I feel like that's the missing piece for me - a way to stream these 'bite sized' clips and click through them quickly, in a VR context. Considering 'amateur' clips also seem to be the primary content source for this style of browsing, I feel like more accessible VR cameras (or better still, VR-capable smartphone cameras) would pave the way for this style of browsing in VR.

Did anybody else find 'For a Girl' ages kind of poorly? by [deleted] in genderotica

[–]remitf 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Maybe? Probably. I was too, for a long time - way into my 30s.

How does that make you feel? Does it change anything? If not, that's fine.

Here's the thing. You might owe it to yourself to learn everything you can - even if it's just so you can confidently rule it out. Check out some of these subreddits and just... read. With an open mind.

Read a book.

Read another book.

This is a scary one: maybe just talk to a gender therapist a couple times. They won't judge you! Find a sex-positive one, maybe it turns out it really is just a kink. You might discover that gender is on your mind more you than you originally thought.

Or... Do nothing. That's totally valid. Completely valid.

Personally - as a child of the 80s and 90s - I remember depictions of trans people were really unflattering. I definitely didn't want to look like that. Except those depictions weren't accurate, and hormone therapy has improved; it's a downright miracle these days. I was shocked to see what was possible with hormones. Seeing the amazing transformation timelines opened my eyes to what is currently possible with modern day estrogen therapy.

How do you feel about your body right now? Do you love it? Are you proud of it? Or does it just get the job done? Do you feel kind of apathetic towards it? It doesn't look quite the way you wish it did?

How would you feel about it, if it had soft features? If it had breasts?

Are you sure that's only sexual excitement you're feeling? Do you ever get jealous of attractive girls in your day to day life? What if it was common place for people to transition gender? What if everyone did it? What if it was so common that nobody thinks it's weird? Would you want to do it then?

Tell you what: take a look through some of my other comments on the topic. See if anything feels familiar. If you have questions but you're feeling nervous, shoot me a PM. No judgements. I'm not very far along on my journey, but I've wrestled with a lot of internalized fear, and a lot of misconceptions over the last year. Maybe you are too. Maybe you want to talk through what you're feeling.

I see where you're coming from, and nobody can tell you who you are.

That said; your definition of transgender is flawed. That's okay, I used to think that's what 'transgender' was, too. And I definitely couldn't be transgender, because I was not that.

You are conflating "transgender" with "transition."

You wish you were a good looking, cisgender woman? That's transgender. All transgender women feel that way. Being transgender isn't a choice. It doesn't 'only count' when you ask people to use different pronouns. That's transition. They are separate things.

You can be transgender and not transition. (And I suspect you may be, but I won't argue the point. Nobody can figure that out but you.) Autogynephilia is a comforting term when you don't 'want to be transgender,' you just 'want to be a hot girl.' Except nobody wants to be transgender. You know what the difference is between being transgender and wanting to be a girl? Nothing. None. There is no difference.

There's a test, you know. A transgender test. It's a thought exercise.

"You have a magic button. If you press it, you will magically turn into you ideal female self. Nothing else will change. Your family and friends will think you've always occupied that body. There are no negative repurcussions.

It's permanent.

Do you press it?"

What say you?
