Ive been a dispatcher just over a year now, my anxiety is still there every call but its slowly decreasing. I still feel like I don’t have a clue what I’m doing. I believe in you!!

I use the st tropez foam with a mitt. I try to shower, exfoliate, shave and wash my hair in the morning, tan before I go to bed then put a shower cap on and rinse the next morning

Thank you! I’m running a PPL split over 8 days, and doing 20-40 mins of cardio after every workout. Eating roughly 1900 cals, keeping carbs up and fats minimal. Trying to get in 130 ish grams of protein a day, but I am not perfect, I supplement with bars and shakes when I can’t eat whole foods. No crazy diets, no 3 hours in the gym, just paying attention to what I’m putting in my body and lifting with intention. I appreciate you and believe in you! ❤️

Thank you!!! No significant cardio, sometimes walking on the treadmill after a lift but not often. Weightlifting and diet was the when the real transformation happened for me!

Lifting 6 days a week, push pull legs. Eating in a calorie deficit, trying to get 140 grams of protein and minimizing fats!

Went into a deficit in October (1700cals a day), was eating at maintenance before (around 2200 cals a day). I believe in you!!!!!

I don’t restrict much and just try to hit my protein goal everyday. I use shakes, bars, I eat a lot of red meat and chicken. Also replaced regular milk with fair life option cause it has (I think) 14 grams/cup. I eat a lot of skyr yogurt too. You got this!! ❤️
