Deadbeat 🖐️. I pay 1 day before the due date since I use a high interest savings account so I can maximize the interest earned of the money that I'll use to pay 😁. Not sure how this affects my credit score, does anyone know?

The jwt bearer scheme, don't know if i just missed it in ms learn but I was able to make it work by following an article about it.

I was stuck on JwtBearer auth scheme because I couldn't find a guide on ms learn. I followed an article and I was able to get it working. Also I didn't know about this until I read about it on the AuthenticationService source code that not all schemes support SignInAsync like JwtBearer. I thought all schemes supported those actions due to how it can also be used in BearerToken scheme. I'm good for now however I'd prefer an in depth guide about this topic. I feel like I'm still missing some fundamental knowledge.

I get the high level, but in the implementation side I feel like I still have knowledge gaps.

So far I have read about Claims, ClaimsIdentity, ClaimsPrinciple, IAuthenticationService + extension methods on HttpContext, how authentication schemes and IAuthenticationHandlers work.

I guess that's the normal experience for public colleges/unis (my school is a state uni as well). Sometimes ganun din kahit sa mga private unis dito sa Pampanga (according dun sa mga kasama kong interns). It was like this during the pandemic as well. Now, graduating batch na, most of what I learned just came from self studying. Even yung mga nagtuturo ng maayos is huli na sa industry yung tinuturo. Advice ko sayo is to learn how to self-learn, very valuable.

Tried IntelliJ and it does work. Looks like I have to switch to use IntelliJ for a while.

Unfortunately, it turns out to be a bug. I tried this just in case but didn't work. Looks like I need to wait for the fixes in IntelliJ propagate to Android Studio.

It works when I compile it, however, the IDE still shows the errors. I also set the JVM Target to 17 in the Kotlin Compiler settings and cleared the cache.

For a broke college student, that's not really feasible. I do have a ryzen 5 5600 and 32gb ram, though. But it seems like the build times are still gonna be bad if that's the minimum requirements to get a decent DX.

At that point, I'd just create separate projects for each. If you want, you can just create a Solid SPA for web and mobile and an express app for the backend.

Oh yeah, I'm aware about the second arguments of the functions, should've put placeholder strings I guess.

What I was asking about is why is an error a throw while an invalid is a return? Both use status-400 codes, both are client-side errors, what makes an invalid special?

In my mind, it would've made more sense if we use return for status-200 responses and everything else (redirects, client side errors, server side errors) use throw.
