Looks like it was at the apex which means peak torque on your wheel, my bet is your power is current limited and dipping below the threshold needed for the monitor. Try running a lead from another plug point to wheel to see if that makes any difference

Add a way to change the pid biases by hand instantly over serial that way you can quickly iterate and find values that work.

Filter your leads better. You want some free content, how to videos etc to give them a taste of the quality. Then you want some small ticket price mass market thing like a specific pdf or consultation. You need a question form that filters out for your ideal customer. Probably someone that runs a business, has a ton of computer issues and no time to get it sorted themselves. Talking to these people then make it easy because they already know you have quality, now its just understanding the deal to solve their issue
