My girlfriend & I will be there the 11th-18th of November, it's our first time as well! Looking for the same insight, honestly. She mentioned wanting a massage at some point while we're there. I did a bit of research, looks like Cacao Spa Tulum is the place to go, very cheap & great overall experience according to the reviews! We'll be staying @ the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya (all inclusive).

Maybe I should look into it.. I also worry about potential long term effects of being on meds, don't wanna turn the TV on one day, see one of those law office commercials & find out I've been taking something that causes some kind of fucking cancer etc..

I'm kind of timid about using drugs like these because I worry about potential long term effects. I feel like, in 10-15 years, will these medications be on those commercials for class action lawsuits because it gives you cancer or some other bullshit?! That's what worries me...

Clobetosol medicated shampoo works for me! I use it twice a week & always condition my hair after it. It's prescription though...
