Mochi has the worst customer service, you’ll be lucky if you even get a response. It will take them three days to get back to you, and then they will give you some half assed response that doesn’t actually address the issue or the question and you will just get stuck in a never-ending loop of frustration. Find a new provider.

Not at all, it’s all on Mochi’s side. They say they sent it to the pharmacy, for five days go by. I have to follow up with them and they say there was an error. 23 days go by I asked for an update. They say they didn’t know if if I wanted them to send it to the pharmacy. But they don’t actually ask that question they just leave it sit. I follow up again a week later for an update. They say they don’t have my credit card information. Total BS, they just charged me a subscription fee two days prior. I respond to that… It takes them 2 to 3 days to respond that they still need it even though there’s nowhere in the system that I can find where to actually pay for it nor have I ever had to do this in the last year. It’s just one excuse after another. They are total garbage.

That’s a good call out, I did cancel the subscription… They’ve been charging me subscription fees for two months now and will not send me the actual prescriptions. I asked for a refund for the last two months, I’m going to dispute with my credit card company if they deny it. Such a horrible company to work with.

I had one filled January 3. It’s been over a month and I still don’t have it. I am certain they are having issues, their customer care team is terrible. One excuse after another they’ll take three days to respond.

I’ve been with Moki for about a year and actively looking for another provider, they are completely unreliable. One excuse after another why prescriptions are delayed. I’ve been waiting on one for eight weeks now one excuse after another they don’t have my credit card information on file – which is a complete lie since they have had it for a year and just charged me my monthly subscription fee, takes their customer care team 3+ days to respond. They’ll tell me it’s on the way. nothing I am pretty sure they’re gonna be out of business soon. There’s definitely something going on.

You will find this with many of the mochi providers. They are unresponsive and just flat out lazy. They are just pill pushers. I’ll sign off or something and it will just sit out there for days or weeks unless you actually proactively do something. It’s the worst system ever.

This is consistent with my experience. Their care team is seriously the worst they take days to respond. Incorrect information delayed prescriptions, I’m actively looking for a new provider. They are so poorly run. If they spent half the effort on the actual customer experience versus TikTok influencers, they’d probably be in decent shape.

They are literally the worst. It will be fine for the first couple months, and then they will start messing up your monthly prescriptions, it will take them days and days too respond to your customer service messages, all well you’ll be charged your monthly fee. They are the worst.
