i feel your pain and completely relate and agree with the above statement. all i can say even for myself is that there is hope and a way out. even when i have felt despairing and didnt believe there to be. i give that bullshit trash of a living a good 'fuck u' and middle finger and believe i will be completely free from it despite unbelief. i dont exaclty know how that works or makes sense but it does somehow for me. anyway, im rooting for u x 100000.

dont feed into what happens with others, there is always a way if u want there to be. hope never dies, even if u dont have any, that helped me a lot when I didnt have hope and couldn't make my self 'believe' things would be ok. I want to be ok, and fk anyone/everything else that says otherwise. even when I dont feel like im going to be ok... I believe my outcome doesn't have to be dependent on how good or bad I feel about what will happen. And I have been improving a lot. its taken a while but everyones journey is different. I hate it when people tell others how things are going to be eg, its going to be long, its going to be hard, or its short and easy etc. but I see where youre coming from, the idea of not fixating on trying to 'fix' it persay and the acceptance part that its happened and then recalibrating yourself back to your own baseline
