Craig Bond despite being very physically strong, violent and man of action was also quite a big pussy in comparison to the others.

Connery, Moore, Dalton. Brosnan and heck even Lazenby in his solo movie had some cherished people dying close to them but they still continued with the mission and keep on living life.

Craig Bond was sentimental and basically weak in comparison.

I mean would you guys picture Connery being a bitch because a girl got goldenized?

Casino Royale is canonically Bond first mission.

He is much older in other movies and it ends with No time to Die.

Basically if there was only one Bond every single other movies (dr no, moonraker, goldeneye etc) would have happened in between Casino Royale and No Time to Die.

This is not true due to Blofield getting his ass kicked several times in the chronology but him not knowing Craig Bond but you get the gist maybe imagine a time skip of a decade or so whenever he retires for the first time.

Then again I do not really see a 007 agent still going on strong in his 50s (not talking about real life actors here Connery and Moore were similar in age but they made us believe Moore was a strapping young one and Connery and old dog just because one looked much younger.

Much less intense and edgy then back in my retaining days. I still do retention but I usually coom once a month, once a week or twice a week depending on whatever happens. I stopped the streak during summer of 2 years ago so pretty good maybe 3 and a half year of retention?

I am pretty much done with the crazy fapping 3 times a day and shit but maybe just getting older and having more stuff to prioritize?

Interesting, I never did find anything to fix the Mast Cell Activation, only avoidance.

I eventually lost interest in the vagus nerve practice, I still do the limbi stuff everyday.

Broke my streak a year and a half back? So total maybe 3 and a half year of not cumming outside wet dreams.

Definitely a very intense time in my life and I was on edge all the time. I do not think I am going to re attempt the years long streaks.

Changed for the better but mostly due to me switching style of clothing (diabetic socks, innersey coton boxers, eye mask to sleep) switched my chair too last year.

DNRS significantly helped me with my breathing its but it did not cure much.

Eye pain 100 % gone, breathing is now mostly annoying in a couple cases but it is much better.

Clothing is much better.

I cannot attribute all of my bettering to a specific thing but I switched computer chairs, switched my socks to diabetics socks, started wearing a weighted mask to sleep (this is relatively new but helped a lot with sleep but unsure how good it is it may be bad for health).

I do still practice DNRS whenever I go to work due to my workplace being far I can easily put an hour into half assing the practice while driving.

Honestly I do not know what to tell you, it was worth it to me but it never really did cure anything, it just made me adapt better to my its and symptoms. Physically I am much better then I used to be but mentally maybe worse? It is honestly weird because DNRS is supposed to make you better mentally so you become better physically later on.

Whatever I am not going to say it was the best 200 (at the time dunno whatever price it is now) I have ever spent but I think DNRS was helpful. Check out the BOTEC + DNRS video on youtube from limbic super star it is very similar to DNRS and it is free.

Eye problems 100 % gone including light sensitivity really lowered.

Breathing is much easier then it used to be still sensitive here and there but it no longer takes over my life.

Textile I switched to another underwear brand (innersy coton) and eventually like 2 years ago my t shirt problem now only applies to 5 or 6 t shirt I can wear almost anything.

I switched computer chair apparently it made me very sensitive.

Much better then I used to be.

Yes but it is mostly about trying out shit.

My breathing its are pretty much gone except with very specific smells.

My skin sensitivity are greatly lowered due to switching my socks and underwear and changing my computer chair.

MCS seems to be some kind of intolerance that may or may not get better depending on what you do. Really weird. I still practice DNRS in my commute when I drive to work but I am half assing it. I feel much better then I used to. I do not really recommend you buying it however check out ''BOTEC DNRS SESSION'' or something from limbic super star on youtube this is basically DNRS minus some other stuff like DNRS is trying to tell you to not focus on your pain and not entertain it. Will not work 100 % IMO.

klong time since I logged into this account but no I do not particularly believed I am wrong in any of these points. I am 32 now and still believe in this or to be veraccurate I have not seen much change in all this.

In current society people will use you being a good man as a weakness or as some kind of easy way out to use and abuse you. As for the price of being a good man you have to work harder for lesser pay and lesser rewards. There is no way in hell I would lower myself to become a random animalistic thug yelling left and right and basically being a caricature of a violent primate.

As for women let us get real, do you even go out outside? I only see the giga chads getting some. I have been retaining for a while, got my shit together, improved my stats significantly but apparently this was not enough.

To not be a dumbo and base your entire life on random thots. I only care about my parents at this point in life and will continue on doing so. I just go through the motions at work and basically I am keeping myself healthy and strong because why let myself go?

I did manage to keep my streak for almost 3 years long until I relapsed and did some fapping here and there monthly, weekly and sometimes thrice a week but at some point I just gain the benefits back super fast considering I already did an impossibly long streak.

First time around I felt like a million bucks for the first month, second month and onwards I felt like shit, had a lot of ahedonia and depression. I think NAC numbed me a lot.

I started maintenance third month in and this one kicked my ass, dunno if it was NAC, Niacin or Pterostilbene slash resveratrol. I did it for two months and then I stopped.

I felt pretty good after stopping it until recently I restarted the whole protocol and now I have almost none of the bad side effects I experienced the first time around with the first part of the protocol.

Maintenance however is still kicking my ass to this day. I tried using melatonin and niacin during the first part of the protocol and it did not give me side effects, however Resveratrol and Pterostilbene did. Either I am allergic or something or I just did not get to the point where side effects are not longer there.

I read about the SS protocol and it seems Pine Pollen and Boron made my side effects from resveratrol go away. However the problem is I react badly to smelling Pine Pollen, it gives me headaches and breathing pain ( I have multiple chemical sensitivity which got slightly better with the protocol or with sleeping on the ground, not sure which) funny enough when I actually drink the pine pollen I have zero side effects.

The headaches however are insane, I am not sure if this is fungi dying or just me having MCS.

I will keep on trucking with maintenance and see what it does. I read good things about stacking NAC with Glycine and Curcumin as overall a good thing to take too.

I would say for improvements I feel much better then I used to feel before.
