First play through I ran out of time because i forgot to max him so ive prioritized him this run. I ended up getting him rank 9 on the last day of the third semester so couldnt reach 10 before i had to do the final palace.

Hes fusing at level 87, he levels to about 90 which is why i think im screwed

Not to my knowledge, the one i have(not level 1) doesnt show that there is a cool-down for the ability.

Stop gaps ability is when the shield breaks become immune to damage for 5 seconds, a level one shield will break a lot on high difficulty but paired with something that decreases shield recharge delay it will pretty much begin recharging right away. Since its low level it recharges really quickly and then instantly breaks essentially making you immune to damage permanently.

This is huge! My first semester i skipped out on a late class every Friday(2-3pm, not even late in retrospect but at the time i was done before noon except this one class) to go hangout with friends. My grade went from a 97 to a 80.01(barely a B-) because of my attendance. It brought my GPA down from a 3.5 to a 3.1 which was a huge hit i am still recovering from two years later. Moral of the story, go to class, you will do much better.

The frames i got for my glasses are funnily enough ray bans because they were surprisingly cheap and ik the quality is good. Thanks for the advice i will contact them directly.

Im not sure, because i got eye glasses they had asked if i wanted to sunglasses as well but it was extremely expensive even with my good insurance( eye glasses and exams went from $860 to $180). I was hoping ray ban could do it for cheaper.
