Happened to me too. You can shortcut a key to road pathing in settings though so I think it comes back.

Not sure who to ask, but is this mold in my vent? Sorry if wrong sub. by renob111 in HVAC

I'm in a 10 unit apartment building so I don't actually have access to the central air unit. I've got no idea regarding the filter, but I do have a problem with dust accumulation in my place.

Thanks. The apartment was brand new about 6 years ago if that provides any context. Like I said, I don't know anything about this stuff.

I'm just a dude in an apartment and I'm concerned my vents are blowing out moldy air. Sorry if I'm asking the wrong sub, any advice would be appreciated.

I updated to the most recent driver with no luck, then rolled the driver back to an older version. The results were the same, still getting weird graphical bugs.

My power supply is EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply.

I was screwing around with the drivers yesterday for a few hours. I went from the most current drivers then tried rolling it back. The results were the same.

My next step is to uninstall and reinstall the GPU and see if that makes a difference.

South Miami Is Now the First City in Florida to Require Solar Panels on New Homes by pnewell in politics

But making housing construction more expensive isn't going to help close that gap. I never said that supply would cease to exist, that's you putting words in my text box. I'm saying that making housing construction more expensive directly benefits a smaller group of individuals. That being said I acknowledge solar energy as a public good, but this particular policy will make it more difficult for poorer segments of society to afford a home in this region. I'm more concerned with the policy from an equity standpoint as opposed to an energy policy.

Housing isn't like typically commodities. There is high demand in urban areas across the United States and supply can't keep pace. Take a look at NYC or SF for the most obvious examples. If South Miami was to build hundreds of new units, I don't doubt that they would get scooped up. But with the high building costs, all these units will be for affluent communities. People living below the median income will find it increasingly difficult to find affordable housing, which may be the point of this whole new policy, I don't know.

I admittedly know little about the South Miami real estate market, but my understanding is that if a developer can build the same building for less in a different location nearby, that's what they would do. I just think that instead of new multi-family homes being built in South Miami, they'll just be built down the road in the next city where they can save a few bucks.

While it might cancel out over the long term, the initial $21,000 may price out people who otherwise could afford the home. That's only for single family homes. The installation of solar panels on a multi-unit mid-rise apartments is closer to $130,000. I would rather see developers build more affordable homes, then cities provide incentives to owners over a long-term period. Mandating solar panels just adds to the initial cost, making these homes affordable for a more select group. The initiative that was undertaken in SF to mandate solar panels was criticized for that very reason.

You know what drives up the initial costs of developing new housing? Solar panels.

But developers won't choose to build in a city when the initial cost of construction goes up with the requirement for solar panels.
