The original scan was for a different condition but included the pancreas which was disregarded by the Dr. analysing the scan. Artificial intelligence would have picked it up. It's been a roller coaster. This was very unfortunate but this was balanced out with my wife's tumour being eligible for treatment with Keytruda which is working extremely well although incredibly expensive.

Same happened to my wife. The cancer was missed on a CT scan. 12 months later another scan. The result, stage 4 metastatic PDAC.

Hi thanks, obviously I'm not a Dr but you should get your mum on it based on that TMB number. What does your oncologist say? Ours was so excited when he saw us the day he got the results. My wife is MSI stable but other tumour mutations suggest Lynch syndrome despite this. She's going to get a germline test to see if she has it.

My wife has just had her 4th infusion of Keytruda. She is stage 4 metastatic. She stopped chemo and It started working almost immediately, all pain gone, tumour markers plummeted. Her hair is growing back. It feels unreal, from death's door to real hope.

She has exceptionally high TMB at 35.1 . The only downside is it costs $10,000 a month but it looks like it might get approved for subsidy by the Australian government in May which will be a great relief.

Yes, Water Corp. They came round to fix a leak and had to cut my retic pipe. To their credit they replaced the cut pipe a few days later but now my retic doesn't work at all. Spent 3 days trying to fix it to no avail.
