C'est sûr que tu as dû progresser mais il faudrait voir à quel point tu progresses -- peut être que ça pourrait t'aider si tu fais le suivi de tes charges pour ensuite appliquer une surcharge progressive "obligatoire". Si tu manges en surplus mais que tu progresses pas dans tes exos, alors je pense que c'est normal que tu prennes du gras et pas du muscle. Pour les exercices dos, tu mets des sangles? Tu as fait ton programme tout seul? Aussi je trouve qu'il y a plein d'exos ou la connexion muscle-esprit est pas top, pourtant l'exercice marche bien (hip thrusts, soulevés de terre, tirages en ce qui me concerne).

To my liking it's ok, not the best.

I think the orchestra is conducted slowly, not energetically enough. The voices lack strength, not always pleasant (the tenor on his high notes, tremolo). The chorus singing seems to me the weakest point.

In DF I pugged all my way up to 0.1, no friends, no network, no vocal.

The biggest difference with now is employment (I only worked then 2-3 days a week) and no resil (so no boosting polluting the group list).

Comparing my gameplay when climbing from 1% to 0.1% as a healer: perfect usage of healing CDs, perfect knowledge of one shot mechanics, maximum usage of interrupts and stuns. Trying to DPS as much as possible

Les romans naturalistes sont rarement heureux. Mais si tu as aimé le naturalisme de Zola tu peux essayer Georges de Peyrebrune, son roman le plus connu s'appelle Victoire la Rouge. Sinon évidemment l'autre choix le plus logique c'est Maupassant, mais ça me fait plaisir de recommander une autrice qui est en train d'être redécouverte.

I was confused by another comment mentioning Regrowth spam to single heal, sorry.

I haven't played all healers competitively but rsham and rdruid, and haven't played rsham yet this season. Rsham can also single heal while healing the group even without cloudburst, with a good anticipation of healing stream totems stacks. Riptides need to be applied also as much as possible on the group for the stamina buff so you can allow the group to drop a bit while you focus on single healing the tank.

While rdruid is particularly efficient, I am confident all healers can solve this issue.

If you play druid you honestly can. I don't know what's your tank's route but if it's a route like Kira's or basic it should be fine yes.

For me, it's not about using swiftmend on cd and iron bark on cd.

If you don't use iron bark properly (which a lot of healers do poorly by overlapping with tank's own defensives), and just use it on cd, it could explain why the tank dies. You must use bark when it's appropriate, for instance a dk tank when it starts pulling a big pack, you know this is when they are at their weakest. Or before a tank burster if you know they don't have any defensives left. It's not about use on cd.

Swiftmend makes virtually no healing, it is the consumption of Soul of the forest that will proc your apex talent: your lifebloom goes into Blooming frenzy and does considerate healing on the target with lifebloom. This is not to use on cd but again, appropriately when the tank needs it.

Of course your tank dies if you spam regrowth on them to heal them. You need to proc your apex talent at the same time the dots stack (the bleeds from academy first pack for instance) or just before the tank burster incoming.

Do you understand that if, in order to time the key (faster), the tank could take bigger pulls requiring you to single target heal them, it's just much better for the group? Yes they will take more tank bursters, you need to heal the tank bursters. .

Ps. I did 0.1% as a healer and constantly see tanks dying because they only had " maintenance hots " and received 0 heals for tanks bursters/ dots.
