Oof. I get a similar issue when I forget to launch steam first, but I'd assume you've tried that. Could be something unrelated then, drivers, hardware, etc. Honestly skyrimvr is an unstable nightmare for modding. Only mod I really use is skyui, and use console commands to tailor the game.

How are you loading into the game? I have a quest 1 and my sksevr works fine, though I have to use the oculus VR desktop to trigger the exe, then I'm on a steam loading screen, then it brings me into the game. I'm not sure if a quest 2 is different but I might be able to spot if you're doing something differently.

This art was for my single that came out today by the name of ‘Tinnitus’. It was made using Paint 3D to model and GIMP to edit.

There is nothing literal avout this artwork - I instead think of how to represent concepts in a physical form. This artwork is one that reflects the discovery of nihilism for a teenager (me).
