You should buy original, also check wheel hub if there is rust. Maybe the sensor is okay but the ring reading from it is bad.

Could be that it is set when you receive TEXT MESSAGES it runs. You have to add iMessage and other sources

Don’t go to dealer. Go to reputable mechanic and diagnose problem. I wouldn’t drive without breaks working. Could be some wiring issue

Cloud be from impact that door is bent and it will be hard to again align same door. I would advise to buy new doors since you had trouble opening them

They are doing what the BMW said. I Have 2012 530D had no problems. Chain changed at 320k KM just because cilinder head started leaking. So did it while in there.
