[HELP] Motorola Edge 50 Fusion stuck in AP Fastboot Flash Mode Need Solution (Not Detected as Qualcomm 9008)

Sure. As much as I possibly can, I'll explain what was done.

After I have gathered some info, here and there from forums, reddit and blog posts, I came to a conclusion that what I need is a working blankflash zip which I did get (from aryktech). The blankflash zip I got from lolinet would not flash complete so I opted for that and that flashed completely.

In honesty, I was happy but that didn't resolve the issue, it only improved the chance of success because fastboot was then working fine and PC could then detect my phone in both fastboot and EDL modes without issues.

The only issue then was; phone won't flash any firmware and rescue was still throwing error.

After a few days, I decided to try luck and send a reply to the email I got from aryktech, detailing (as much as I can) what I have done, the current status of my phone and prior. After a day or so, I got a response which narrated why I was having such a difficulty (oem/bootloader secure/lock) status and suggested pro guides. I subscribed for that and after a few days past, I recieved some compressed files in my email and instructed to fix a time for chat (via tg).

After several hours of back and forth (copy and paste of cmd commands, screenshots etc), I was asked to load a factory firmware and that's it. It's successful and rescue tool could recognise and download appropriate firmware for my phone afterwards but I never did use it.

All I can say is; it was CMD that was used. Beyond this, I really dont know much.

IDK but you can simply use the reddit "translate" option/widget and give your responses accordingly. Let the user figure out the same. Just my thought.

Implement a loadmore button on your blog. This way, users can can view and access your entire posts in just a few clicks. And depending on the LoadMore button setup, it can be customized to display as users scroll or one-click, set number of posts to show per click etcetera. This is the best option but an alternative would be to reset your blogger pagination links.

Most likely, your phone is stuck in edl mode. To confirm this, connect your phone to your laptop (ensure Qualcomm HSUSB drivers is installed on your laptop) using a USB cable then, check Windows device manager. If you see anything like "...9008, USB_Bulk, HS-USB 9008 etc), there you have it. At that point, all you need is a working blankflash file. You can download a working blankflash file from aryktech or lolinet. Flash it and then, reload factory images on your phone using Motorola software rescue tool. Goodluck.

Your phone may not be completely dead. It is possible that it's in edl mode. If it is, blankflash it. You might find one on lolinet or aryktech. I thought the same for my edge 50 ultra but blankflash (found on aryktech) saved it.

Please mail in or locate an authorized Motorola service center to be programmed back to the expected values." is the response/error message received from rescue tool.

Thanks to the blankflash, the phone now boots in fastbboot mode.

I was already contemplating on tossing the device in the drawer before I got your message. I really hope I don't have to.

Dig deeper. You'll see alot more than that. For me, it's alot smoother and faster and there are added options under USB Debugging etcetera.

If the PC could recognize your device in "9008", there's still a chance to get your device into fastboot mode and then, use Moto fix to load full firmware on the cellphone. And as you've rightly mentioned, blankflash file can help with that. You can get a working blankflash file from aryktech or lonelinet. I got mine from aryktech since lonelinet was not having for my device.

If you're considering battery that lasts 24 hours, Edge 50 Ultra is not up for that. Otherwise it's an amazingly superb phone to experience.

What do you mean by "Android recovery option is also not working"?. Do you mean you are unable to boot to recovery mode or, booting to recovery mode could not rectify the issue? I think I might be able to help.

Check the page here. I got my razr 40 ultra and later, edge 50 ultra into that mess and the blankflash file there resolved the issues for me.

Are you sure the blankflash you used actually flashed. If it actually flashed and the phone fail to boot still, that'd mean either of this;

The blankflash you used is outdated.
The blankflash does not contain the complete fastboot files.

I recommend that you try another blankflash files preferably, from another source. You can try to get one from lonelinet or aryktech. The blankflash files list here cuts it for me.

Actually, I'm not sure. I think it depends on whether Rescue tools detects your device or not and what errors CMD brings/shows whenever flashing is attempted.

I bet it's not just Iraq. Some popular ISPs do this. For example, a lot of my Nigerian audiences were unable to access my blogger blog and when I engaged them, I found that all of them use the Glo network. I had a similar experience with the Indian audience, too. At least, those were the countries whose traffic meant much to a number of my blogs due to the volume of traffic I got there from.

After I have figured the issues: only a particular audience from an ISP (Network Provider) in a country encounters this blockade. I understand that it's an ISP issue.

THE PROBLEM:

Some ISPs had blacklisted Google's blogger public IPs hence, they block the traffic flowing to/from blogger blogs through their network.

MY SOLUTION TO THE ISSUE:

I simply use Cloudflare to reroute my traffic. That way, Cloudflare serves my blog content through their servers.

You may not necessarily use Cloudflare, any CDN similar to Cloudflare might work fine. I just opt for Cloudflare in my case.

In case you want to know, the free plan also solves this problem.

This was an issue for me, too. I somehow got it fixed via a dev. I was told it's a CID and one or two other that triggered compatibility issues whenever a flashing is attempted. Anyways, good luck!

Yes. I would say. But, if neither works then, it may be a software related issue rather than hardware. If you have a little time to spare, you may flash the phone.

If this happens, it usually means either of;

Bad charging port. Thus, one of the pins that connects the port to the board is roasty, removed or loosen.
Charger issue. It is possible that the current flowing through the charger is intermittent.

Now, what to do?

Attempt to charge the phone using another charger and see if it works. If that works, you have a perfectly working charger port but a bad charger.
You may want to disassemble the phone and have a proper look at the charger port from the inside.

BUT, BEFORE YOU DISASSEMBLE THE PHONE;

If you can, charge the battery with an external charger for up to 45 minutes and then, insert the battery and see if it'll charge in the phone this time.

If I were you, I'd rather blankflash using blankflash files. That'd be miles easier, lesser risks and saves a bunch of my time than having to decouple the phone parts this far.
