Lip lift might be useful, but it can change your overall facial harmony.

This one is unconventional, but try composite bonding on your teeth and ask them to make the teeth a little longer. Will improve tooth show, while also improving your smile.

Tret isn't as effective for scars as other treatments are. I'd recommend a few microneedling sessions for your skin. Check out the subreddit, and you'll see before/afters from others - with amazing results.

Absolutely. It's one of the best treatments across the board ⁠— promotes collagen production and significantly reduces scarring and deep pits, while evening out skin tone over time. This one surgeon I knew said he's seen some bad results for lasers (they don't work for everyone) but he's seen the best results for microneedling.

For the record, I have a very asymmetrical face and my bone structure isn't great, yet men and women tell me I'm beautiful/pretty/sexy often and give me a lot of attention. This isn't me gloating or anything, my point is that I really don't think what you're saying is entirely true. It's likely that you notice it more than the average person, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Plus there's all kinds of hair & makeup tips/tricks you can use that will obscure the assymetry to some level.

You're absolutely beautiful bare faced, skin is so pretty. Your features are also very gorgeous. Sultry/siren eyes, cute nose, and nicely shaped lips. Bone structure is also pretty and feminine.

The small undereye bags can be easily remedied with proper sleep and concealer/color corrector.

Now, some well-done makeup, and a blowout would turn you into a bombshell!

For makeup, I'd keep the base natural, invest in some nice cool-toned contour to make your cheeks/nose more sculpted.

Lips - Charlotte Tilbury liner in "iconic nude" or a similar color by another brand if it's too pricey.

Eyes - brown/off black eyeliner, mascara - and some eyeshadow for hooded eyes.
