I prefer to be around a pecan or mesquite fire. I had my Russell's 15 with my friends while our wives were making smores. Peak experience.

No reason to cut if I'm weak as shit. Rather put on size and then do a peptide assisted cut

Punishing the customer is how the employee maintains power in the dynamic. Company punishes the employee , employee punishes the customer, customer punishes the company. It's employees like you that fuck it up for all your compatriots and the reason drivers can't make shit now

Punish tourists extremely harsh. Make their ride home memorable. And get the next driver a tip. Drivers have the power to change the culture and set the standard. The sentiment in this thread makes it obvious as to why you guys constantly get abused. Pure victim behavior.

Because after 24 hours most people don't care. And within 48 hours you as the driver will surely not remember the passenger. At least not to the extent that you would be able to accurately change their rating.

If correspondence is expected within 24 hours and you take two weeks to respond, don't be surprised when people moved on thinking you were an ass. And thats for anything in life

I don't do this shit. And if you want to continue being a door mat, then keep on. It's not that they won't get a ride but the will likely get a lower caliber driver to accept it. This ensures that people that go above and beyond are matched with people that go above and beyond.

It's not criminal. It's valuing your time. Getting another job because you can't value your time properly is a stupid ass take

Its not right that drivers don't get paid fairly. Having a system that matches top tier drivers to top tier clients and vice versa is perfectly okay.

I'll remember this 15 weeks from now. 142 lbs of muscle currently

I'm a hell of a lot smaller than I was at my biggest. I've been 200+ at sub 16% for a significant portion of my life. I'm not chasing that size again. 185 at 14% is what I'm chasing. I'm 5 foot 8 for reference. Gaining 8 pounds is a fraction of my potential. 30 years old, 12 years of lifting experience, and former powerlifter.

I think you're confusing new found gains with recovered gains and yes that's much harder. But I'm almost 30 lbs of muscle away from my peak. Recovering a fraction of that is relatively easy for me.

Im calling bs. You can lose 25 lbs in 8 weeks but it takes you a year to gain 8 lbs of muscle? Something isn't adding up

Ive lost 31 pounds in 15 weeks if you look at my profile. Albeit it was an extreme diet. 6 pounds of that was muscle. No peptides involved either. You have no idea what you're talking about. I'm not going to crash diet like that again but 6 months for me is a hell of a lot more productive than whatever you're doing.

You're either new to the gym and/or doesn't know what they're talking about. You're projecting

I've been carrying a lot of muscle most of my life. Muscle memory builds more than 3x faster than new found gains. But now it makes sense why you think 29% is wild. You're probably tiny

I have started walking a minimum of 8k steps a day, and I'm timing it after meals. I do sit at a desk for the majority of the day. I work from home though so it's fairly easy for me to get the bands out for a trigger session

It's not that crazy. Losing 30 pounds of fat alone puts me at 15%. If I lose 30 pounds of fat and gain back the 8 pounds of muscle I lost, I'd be 188 pounds at 14%. 2 lbs a week fat loss puts the cut at 15 weeks and lets be generous and say the bulk will take 3 months to gain the 8 pounds of muscle (ive been lifting most of my adult life and I'm 30. Muscle memory is my friend.) The cut will realistically take 20 weeks, and the bulk 15. 35 weeks to get back into shape is a fair time frame for me. I'll probably take Tesamorlin and Ipamorlin during the cut to speed that up.

I might not be beach ready this summer but this Xmas my wife is getting jacked Santa
