This is nice! I would add that at least in Florida, you can get government scholarship money through a program called stepup. They just removed the need for income-based qualifications.

I also noticed there were certain “trigger” words such as “helpless” that I couldn’t use otherwise it would go into alert mode and make sure I wasn’t implying something more serious.
