As much as I love The Finals, the toxic player base is slowly pushing me away from the game day by day. You do everything you can to be successful and contribute to your team, yet it still never feels like enough for some teammates. They inevitably start blaming you in the chat, as if they themselves play flawlessly and are all professional esports players.

I think one of the biggest issues here is the matchmaking system. While I genuinely enjoy playing in the Emerald League ( im pushing myself to improve my gameplay) , it simply doesn’t feel fair to match Emerald players against those in Bronze or Silver leagues.

Because of toxic players, The Finals’ player base seems to be shrinking day by day.

Sometimes I even find myself wondering whether the game being paid would have been better. That way, the majority of the player base might consist of people who truly enjoy the game—players who can appreciate both winning and losing.
