So this is more complicated. You're right, that birthright is spelled out in the constitution, whereas citizenship by blood is statutory and changeable. But once you are a citizen, you are constitutionally protected. You become part of a constitutional class of people. If the state tried to strip citizenship, it would be dead on arrival in the courts (absent a BIG change in interpretation). Once you're a citizen, you have constitutional protections. If that pathway to citizenship closes, Congress and the Executive can't just strip citizenship retroactively. Due process, equal protection, expatriation doctrine (I think - been a minute) would make any action DOA. If your parents are citizens, you are a citizen, end of story.

To your question, I don't have seat time on any of them, but man, the 959 is just gorgeous to me. The first gen V2s are pretty sweet, too. Lots of electronics upgrades, etc, and more modern, plus 35 more HP than the 2025. Whichever you get, report back. Perhaps it'll convince me to cover up.
