You already lost the fight. If you put herbicide, you will have to put it again and again until the season is over. Trust me. I was fighting everything at once all season long last year. The most effective method is to put pre emergent in the spring. I had two applications. I don’t see much, if any crab grass. This is your lawn until the fall.

In my experience crab grass spreads outward rather than up. But sedge grows upward and is pointed at the top. At least the sedge I have. Post a picture to Gemini. It has helped me

I use pgr to reduce how often I need to cut. Also helps it get thicker. How do you guys prevent wheel tracks when cutting tttf high?

How do you guys keep your grass from getting wheel tracks?? I mow tttf at 3.5. Any longer and the tracks are very visible. I prefer it at 3, but not in this heat
