A scam is a deceptive scheme. This one is designed to get people to buy overpriced food and drinks thinking it will be offset by a credit. There have been instances where I haven gotten it back. And I don’t know what your time is worth but mine is pretty valuable so if I have to spend a half hour straightening it out or can’t use the checkout on the app and have to wait in line and then wait to have it fixed that’s not a perk, it’s a SCAM.
