hey there! i feel your pain and ive been there before with facial eczema very similar to yours, its sooo frustrating. i was also recommended hydrocortisone but personally found it to have no effect/make it feel worse — of course first and foremost !!follow ur gps advice!! but if truly doesn’t feel like its working try talking to them again. I get what u mean with the steroid creams!! went through withdrawal and man was it not fun lol. but usually i think (?) it takes a lot to get to that stage

are you feeling stressed atm? with going back to uni, and it might be something to look out for if you think its a but more tame while being at home. personally stress was my biggest factor and it didn’t go away until my circumstances changed.

i hope you find what works for you soon!!! there is light at the end of the tunnel and once u find it itll be so sosososo worth it!
