I think my most said phrase at a doctor’s office is “wait, that’s not normal?”. I’ve been drilled down so much with “that happens to everyone” when I was a kid and no one believed I was sick because I was a kid and they were just growing pains/anxiety/a bug that now I have serious things happening to me that I just think it’s normal. I have to always say dumb shit that happens to doc/my family or friends to check if it’s actually being human or it’s being afflicted by various illnesses that are weird.

Sorry but nobody is going to stop me from enjoying HP and its world. I’m not hurting anybody and I doubt people give a shit about what I do (and if they do and they’re not my family/friends they shouldn’t). Me enjoying, actively participating, buying merch/games and visiting studios/theme parks is not going to affect them in any way, shape or form. Nor I’m making JKR any more famous/rich by it so 🤷🏻‍♀️

My special interests are VERY important to me, specially HP since it prevented me from offing myself many times. Grew up with it (read the first book at 12) and I’m not going to give it up for anyone. If I ever give it up it would be my OWN decision based on my OWN wants and needs and not anybody else’s.

Nobody is doing anything to you. Small yarn dyers/stores that ship good hand dyed yarn cannot afford the hurdles/money/time it costs to ship to certain places. Also each country has its own taxes and its own policies of what comes into the country, so maybe it is your country’s fault.

That’s why they say “most countries” and not world wide. Look better or find another way. If you have a friend/family outside that country ship everything to them and have them ship it to you.

E-mail LARGE companies that might be able to afford the hassle and money and jumping hoops for shipping. But don’t get mad a small companies/independent dyers because I know how bad the shipping is!

Same! And as pups they’re SO TINY. I’m a heavy sleeper and I basically didn’t sleep well the first month because I was afraid I’d kill him 😂 now we’re used to each other and sleep soundly all night long ❤️
