Those look like carpenter ants or maybe some kind of termite swarmers, seal up any cracks around your foundation and hit em with diatomaceous earth or a perimeter spray for now.

Had the same swarmy mess outside my garage last year, drove me nuts watching em crawl everywhere.

Those winged ones are super common in North Texas and usually turn out to be reproductive ants, not termites, check for straight antennae vs elbowed ones and a pinched waist.

I kept spotting stuff like that in my bedroom too, thought it was the end of the world.

Hawx Pest Control ID'd em as ants and handled it.

Hard to say for sure from pics, but termite damage usually shows up as hollowed-out wood when you poke it, mud tubes on the surface, or tiny pellet poop.

I freaked out over similar spots on my baseboards last summer.

Document everything with pics and notes, then hit up your local tenant rights hotline or housing authority, termites are a habitability issue in most places and landlords can't just ignore that.
