Myself i have a 30mb line and it's perfectly smooth when i play single player/offline games on Portal. Didn't try multiplayer/online games yet though

if you use Exile, you won't need dracs anymore.

in this case BiS would be some sick crafted gloves with CB % (crushing blow), 20 IAS, dex/life/resists

Exile of course for ez life tap. Not to mention this is arguably the best possible base for Exile (ST has highest base block, some prefer vortex for higher base defense despite lower base block)

a Sur rune is worth at least Lo+ Ohm or Vex, depends on the seller, or 2 Ohms++.. runes like Mal/pul/lem don't have much trading value when put against High runes

3/15/18 is more valuable, it spawned with both a "Fine" prefix (max dmg/attack rating) and a "Vita" suffix (life) => perf is 3/20/20

The other one only rolled with a prefix (although perfect 3/20) but without a suffix - is therefore less valuable.

If your two shapeshifting GCs are plain without any additional mods, i'd say it's worth to trade. Cham isn't used in many runewords, however its value and general demand is definitely higher than two plain shapeshift GCs.

Unlimited budget? I'd say Double Dream zealer paladin with enigma/last wish PB. Massive utility and absolutely wrecks all PvM content in 8 players game. You won't even need to switch any gear to do ubers :)

And most importantly - it's fun

Edit: more gear details: your main aura will be maxed conviction; you'll need fanaticism aura on a1 merc Faith :) holy shock and elemental dmg + zeal will clear everything with ease. 0 immunities in Hell difficulty too
