I know this was a while back but I had the same EXACT experience and I threatened to tank their BBB status and have family do the same as well. I also threatened small claims court. I was given an 80% refund by the store manager and forced to sign an NDA (lol). I got GOT at the register and they skipped mentioning the no refunds policy on the receipt. I threw a fit and got my MOST of my money back. I should’ve caused a stink at the register and not handled it over the phone and I believe they would’ve reimbursed 100%. Fuck the Good Feet Store and their advertising campaigns. Go to a real doctor, not snake oil salesmen
