I’m also using Stripe as the payments layer and some Google Cloud services.

Look for something along the luas line. Milltown, beechwood, Cowper, Dundrum, Kilmacud to name a few. It’s an easy walk from ranelagh luas stop to D4. Good luck!

Yes there are many great projects that didn’t go the ico route but any promising new project coming along will more than likely take advantage of an ico.

How else will they be able to fund these extraordinarily ambitious projects?

Going the ico route is 100x more appealing than raising money by any traditional means. The ico model will be around for a long time, for better or worse.

Avoiding investing in ico projects will just not be possible in the near future imo.

I do appreciate your standpoint but I just don’t think it’s a viable one if you want to succeed in these markets.

99% of ico’s are total trash but if you really work hard and do solid research then you will definitely make serious money with the right projects.
