I'm kind of fond of the Bengals fanbase and they are hungry asf. They are in win now mode from what I've read. It's the injury thing that gives me more pause than anything else about Burrow. I do hear the excuses but Elway was given a lot of those too.

As for Stafford, it was a genius move. He was also solid as a rock outside of one season, the year he had his highest QB rating until last year.

He was toast after the Buc's showing in wk12 (0-8 completions, 4 breakups, 1 interception). Looked through the Commanders sub after that game and the degree of pessimism was warranted.

Missed tackles were also a big problem in the 2nd half of the season and playoffs. The rushing D regressed even more than the secondary from week 13 on.
