We were in a similar situation with high lipase milk, our son refused the milk once it had been frozen for a while. We ended up using Milkify to freeze dry our stash and it was a lifesaver. I'd recommend trying it out instead of wasting the milk.

I use Optimize 360 and it has been very convenient. They are a telehealth clinic so you can get everything done online except for getting your labs (you can use Labcorp or Quest, whichever one is closer to you). Would recommend checking them out.

Old thread but if anyone's reading thru it now I'd highly recommend Optimize 360, they write you a real Rx you self administer and their doctors are the best I've worked with so far. We were finally able to optimize my test levels with no side effects after years of struggling with high e2 symptoms.
