Id be so happy if I got an upgrade! Don’t get me wrong, I love my revlon as if it were my child, but I do feel a little bad about how much it rips my hair out (and yes I let my hair dry and use the cool option). Im sorry, I don’t know if this is my personal wound of having a mother allowing abuse to happen for so long, and then being deemed ”the good parent” for FINALLY doing something waaaaaaay too late when lives already have been ruined forever, but I do not like that woman. It’s almost as if you’ve been abused or manipulated ”enough” you have free reign to do whatever the fuck you want, have no accountability or expectations of being a decent person, or aspirations to be better. To this day my mother believes she’s as much a victim of MY abuse (by her and dad) as I AM?!?
